অপেক্ষায় দুর্যোগ (Disaster In Waiting)

The National Institute of Disaster Management (NIDM) defines disaster as a calamitous event that disrupts the functioning of a society or community. But to me on an individual level it means waking up on a cold Sunday morning and cycle almost 10 km JUST to do math.

Ironically we are calling it a "Sunday" when the sun is no were to be seen.

To tackle a disaster like this, what do we need?
Worry not my dear reader your boy Banku is here to help.

1. First and fore most , you will need a good night's sleep. Don't expect to
be a night owl and wake up at 6 in the morning at same time. Such dangerous tasks needs experience and expertise and can only be performed by people like me.

2 . You need a grandfather who's sole job would be to wake you up.

3. You need a body amour in form of a shirt, a woolly jacket, and a muffler.
To be precise you need the Kejriwal look . No wonder that man has survived 7 Delhi/deadly winters.

4. You need to have a good speed and stamina because I can assure you will be chased down by some cheetahs in form of stray dogs. (Pro tip: carry a small laathi)

5.Last but not the least is that  you need some will power and chai to survive the "after-math" class.

Happy winters.
